Golf and other stuff!
As promised, Here are pics and proof (signed and attested scorecard from wife) of my great day on the course. Believe me, she would be trash talking me if it was a bad day on the course!

Aloha
Yes...I know it has been forever since I've blogged anything. As you know, Jessica and I are in Hawaii and tomorrow I get to play golf! I thought I would give you a glimpse of what I will be playing. This is what is written about my course in our Oahu revealed book.
"In a state with pretty golf courses, this one stands apart as one of the loveliest. Simply put, it's achingly beautiful. Set in the center of Maunawili Valley behind Olomana Peak near Kailua, the back nine in particular are draped in such a verdant setting that its nickname of Jurassic Park seems totally appropriate. Even the golf paths are so mouthwatering lush, you'd expect dinosaurs to come strolling by.
But this is also a hard course. Make that humiliatingly hard. There isn't a flat piece of ground on any of the narrow fairways. It's the perfect course to accidentally lose your scorecard on the first hole so you can enjoy the course for the purity of the play and the serenity of the scenery. You can also exercise selective memory to convince yourself that you did well. The only evidence to the contrary will be a much lighter supply of balls at the end. (Bring plenty)
Bring your laser guided ball for number 3. It requires the precision of a smart bomb to drive it on to the isolated green. Eleven is their signature hole-a drive across water onto an island green fronted by mountains.
Number 13 is a cruel joke. Try to launch it into the gully, then drop on the other side and take your punishment like a grown-up. You'll put a lot of miles on your cart at this flawlessly maintained course, and you'll love every minute of it. The front nine are the most open and forgiving. It's the back nine where egos are smashed and memories are made"
Pics to be posted after the round is over, if I don't jump off a cliff first!
Wish me luck!
